| Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at the tribunal of first instance in Rabat took place the third hearing of the lawsuit instituted against Nadia Yassine consequent to an interview she gave to the newspaper "Al Ousbouyîa Al Jadida" n°33 of June 02, 2005. This new hearing comes after the one of Marsh 14, 2006 in which the tribunal postponed the trial sine die. This time again, the case was dispatched in a few minutes, and deferred until April 19, 2007.Nadia Yassine and the editor of the newspaper "Al Ousbouyîa Al Jadida" did not attend the hearing. |
